MATA provides detailed guidance support and understanding to enable you to pursue an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licenses. MATA guides you through various options which provides for a self-study/classroom route in order to obtain your AMEL qualification.

Emergency Care or First Aid is a special skill that is obtained by means of training for application, in times of need and the primary purpose of rendering this emergency care or first aid is to preserve life.
Apprentice Technical Training
Mata Aviation Apprentice Technical Training has been recognised as one of the best country wide and on a global scale welcoming students from Africa, the European continent and the Middle-East.
Cabin Crew Training
Currently MATA is the only private Cabin Crew training facility with a static Boeing 737-300 trainer on our premises, to be used at any time, allowing for simulated role play in order to adequately prepare future cabin crew for real-life situations.
Dangerous Goods Training
Dangerous Goods are articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or to the environment and which are classified according to Section 3 of the IATA (International Air Transport Association)
Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR).
Health and Safety
The aim of the course is designed to provide the learner with the knowledge and practical training to identify hazards and risks within the workplace and correct them to avoid incidents/accidents from occurring.
The aim of the firefighting course for personnel is to provide necessary knowledge and skills to deal with emergency situations.
Our Facilities consist of a three story building comprising of 6 classrooms for theory classes plus a practical training hangar that has a variety of aircraft, helicopters and aircraft engines, structures, landing gear and spares, that are used in the practical training modules for technical apprentice training
