MATA is an approved trade test centre. The centre is the perfect place for aspiring AME’s to prep for the National Trade Test Examination. With a 98.5% pass rate for all apprentices that pass through MATA for their Trade Test, MATA is the go-to preferred Trade Test Preparation and Exam Centre.

The Trade Test centre is housed in a confined quiet area designed for maximum benefit to the preparing student. All equipment and theory classes have been tailor-made to ensure that the student is adequately equipped and awarded the best opportunity to succeed in the Trade Test Examination.
The hands on and personal attention afforded to the students is unrivaled. 

For Structures Trades the preparation phase is 4 weeks followed by a 2 day examination. 

Trade Test Revision:
•  MATA prepares students and conducts trade tests for students after completing and obtaining of the required experience.
•  Our qualified instructors are registered Trade Test Officers with TETA & NAMB.
•  Trade test preparations and Testing is conducted at the MATA premises.

MATA offers a free of charge service to all AMO’s and Apprentices for TETA registration Log Book assistance and approval. 
MATA has several subject matter specialists on staff and has representation on the Log Book approval committee.
